Debbie Carol Paar Galler, 58 of Robinson, TX passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at a Waco hospital. Funeral services will be at 10 am Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bellmead, TX with Pastor Larry Krueger officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 5 to 8 pm Friday at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, TX.
Debbie was born on October 22, 1956 in Waco, the daughter of Charles and Ellen (Meyer) Paar. She graduated from Robinson High School in 1974 and was a graduate of Baylor University in 1980. She married Michael Galler on September 25, 1976. She worked as a Courtroom Deputy for Judge Walter Smith at the US District Court in Waco. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Debbie was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Paar; and her mother-in-law, Rose Galler.
She is survived by her husband Michael Galler of Robinson, sons Douglas Galler and wife Hannah, and granddaughter Fiona Galler; and son Kevin Galler; parents, Charles and Ellen Paar; father- in- law, Weldon Galler; sisters, Laurie Linder and husband, Mike, Sandy Cone and husband, Mike; sister-in-law, Dalores Paar; brother –in- law, Thomas Galler and wife, Jane; sister- in- law, Debra Wallace and husband, Roger; nieces and nephews , Ronnie Pender, Clarissa Paar, Dalton Cone, Madison Cone, Paiten Rand, April Bruton and husband, Derek, Dustin Linder and wife, Brooke, Amber Fritz and husband, Logan, Eric Wallace, Amanda Morin and husband, Philippe, and many great-nieces and nephews.
