Cherie Lynn Kubala, 55, of Lorena passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 19, 2014.
There will be a memorial for friends, family and co-workers to celebrate her life at 6 p.m., Monday, December 1, at the Providence Health Auditorium, in Providence Hospital in Waco.
