Chuck was born on February 19, 1958 to Charles Sr, and Glendine Sears. He lived in New York until he moved to Texas in 1994 where he resided until his death. Chuck was very active within his family and community. Chuck invested lots of time behind the scenes of many political events, parades, horseshows, and activities both with and for his children. He was a very thoughtful son, father, and brother. Chuck was an avid bowler who spent his spare time at the bowling alley surrounded by many friends and family. While Chuck was the baby of the family, he still tried to take care of everyone else. He worked at the TSTC airport where he fell in love with the planes that he serviced and enjoyed the time spent with his colleagues who had become great friends. Chuck will truly be missed by all who knew him. His death was unexpected, but the Lord had different plans for him.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles Willard Sears, Sr., and his sister Sandra Anderson.

He is survived by his mother, Glendine Sears; sister, Charlotte and husband Robert Cornell; Niece, Rachael Benson; Brother-in Law , Charles “Doc” Anderson; nephew, Thomas Schmidt; children, Charles Willard Sears III, Stephanie Stapleton, Caitlyn and husband Christopher Caggiano, Auburn Sears and his baby Anna Sears, and grandchild , Jason Sears.
