Carolyn J Wilkerson Allen passed away Feb 17, 2019 in Waco, Texas. The Celebration of Life will be at 1:00pm, Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry Krueger officiating.
Carolyn was born March 18, 1951 to James and Marie Reea (Worthington) Wilkerson in Bryan, Texas. She married Billy Jack Allen on August 24, 1970 in Waco. Carolyn spent her life caring for her family as a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Sam Wilkerson and Marie Reea Worthinton Wilkerson; and nephew, James Michael Tydlacka.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Billy Jack Allen; son, Scotty Allen; daughters, Sheila and Lance Payne, and Amanda and Troy Brewer; grandchildren, Justine, Scotty Jr., Lesley, Melanie, Matthew, Sydney, Megan, Kayla; sister, Beverly and Benny Benn; along with many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to send a very special Thank You to the staff at Providence Hospice for their loving care of Carolyn.
