Carmen Sanchez

Carmen Sanchez 90, of Lorena, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013. Services will be 10 am Wed. December 4, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson Dr. Burial will follow at Lorena Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Carmen was born June 16, 1923, in Dallas to Antonio and Lucia Villarreal. She attended school in Coleman TX, and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in McGregor. She was employed with Kendrick Elementary and later became a homemaker. She had a huge heart filled with love, for all who crossed her path.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Domingo Sanchez; sisters, Lucia and Beatrice; brothers, Felix and Reynaldo; son, Benny Guerrero and daughter, Carol Lawson.
She is survived by her children, Willie Lyendecker, Rosie Trevino, Ricky Sanchez, James Sanchez, and Danny Sanchez; 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
