Cameron Vasquez

Cameron Allen Vasquez, 26, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 21 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco, with Pastor Wayne Williams officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 20 at the funeral home.

Cameron was born November 30, 1995 to Ian and Michelle (Peden) Vasquez in Waco, Texas. He was a sports fanatic from participating all through school to watching as an adult. He was a 2014 graduate of Midway High School and 2016 graduate of TSTC. Cameron was a 4th generation body man, working this last year as an auto body technician at Bird Kultgen Ford. He loved talking shop with anyone he could. Cameron enjoyed hanging out with friends and playing video games, but his greatest joy was spending time with is son, Hudson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ian Vasquez; and angel baby Vasquez.

Cameron is survived by his wife, Alexus Vasquez; son, Hudson Vasquez; mother, Michelle Vasquez; brother, Cody Vasquez and wife Alyssa Guerrero; niece, Myla Raye; nephew, Cody Ryan; maternal grandmother, Roberta Peden; paternal grandmother, Nellie Vasquez; aunt, Juanita Huncherick; uncles, Domingo Vasquez, Antonio Vasquez, George Vasquez; along with numerous cousins.
