Brenda Joyce Dickenson, 70, of Waco passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, April 16 at River City, 3015 N. Robinson Dr., Waco, with Pastor Robert Nelson officiating. Burial will immediately follow at White Rock Cemetery in Ross. The family will receive visitors 6-8:00 PM Thursday, April 15 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.
Brenda was born November 20, 1950 to Kirby and Iva (Walker) Bramble in Waco, Texas. She was a graduate of Waco High, Class of 1970. Brenda worked at Olan Mills for 18 ½ years. She married Larry Dickenson August 24, 1990. She enjoyed fishing and was known to be outgoing – never meeting a stranger. Brenda loved her fur babies, Tucker and Halo, but her greatest joy was being a grandma and especially a great-grandma.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life in 2019, Larry Dickenson; parents, Kirby and Iva Bramble; son-in-law, Andy Pfohler; brother-in-law, Michael Ray Copeland.
Brenda is survived by her daughters, Tammy Webb and significant other Danny Casiano, Shelly Barry and husband Dr. Floyd Barry; grandchildren, Reagan Copeland and fiancé Heston Skaggs, Trey Copeland and fiancée Rissa Wenstad, Brittany Owens, Brena Owens; great-granddaughters, Landri Skaggs, Emberley Wenstad, Aliyah Barry, and Rhettlyn Copeland due July 2021; brother, Wayne Bramble and wife Debbie; nephews – who she loved like her own children, Dana Harris and wife Shannon, Denver Bramble, Jordan Chadwick and wife Gabby, Billy Copeland and wife Stephanie; numerous great-nieces and nephews; along with her aunts, Clydie Baker and Linda Pickens.
