Brad Berry

Brad J Berry, 65, beloved son, brother, husband, father and proud Poppy went peacefully to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on Nov. 24, 2022.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday, December 2 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home at 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco with Pastor Jeremy LaBorde officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Waco Memorial Park. The family will have a visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 1 at the funeral home.

Brad was born December 5, 1956 to Jimmy and Elizabeth Berry in Waco, Texas. He continued to live, work and serve in the community for the rest of his days. Brad graduated from Robinson High School in 1975. He made his career as “waterman” to many rural water supply corporations across Central Texas. He was a successful businessman and servant to the community. He helped to maintain the ball fields at Youngblood Park as an active board member of Robinson Little League. Brad also loved to maintain the Robinson Lion’s Pool and served as a board member of the Robinson Lion’s Club. He most recently served as Vice President of the Levi Water Supply Corporation. As a retiree, Brad enjoyed restoring antique tractors with his family and friends and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Ara Berry, Roy and Margaret Todd; along with his friend and antique tractor aficionado Dean Rockett.

Brad is survived by his loving wife Debbie; father and mother, Jimmy and Elizabeth Berry of Robinson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Yvonne Von Quintus of Rockport; sister, Barbara and Mark Kocian of Robinson; brother, Ryan and Deborah Berry of Robinson; his children, Brandi and Jay Arnold of Weatherford, Brandon and Jeanie Berry of Lorena, Bryce Berry of Waco, Aaron and Jodi Berry of Troy, Cameran and Daniel Berger of Waco, Chris and April Maas of San Antonio, Chelsea Graves of Round Rock; grandchildren, Joselyn, Landyn, Caysen, Haven, Kinley, Zaryn, Kade, Brooks, Audrey, Kamden, Addison, Cohen; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, many cherished family members, friends; and Remi his cat.
