Billie Frances Cooper, age 90, of Robinson, Texas passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 1st at Waco Memorial Park.
Frances was born in Elm Mott, Texas on December 2, 1932 to W.T. and Lula Belle Stegall. She attended school at Bosqueville, China Spring, and Waco Tech. She married W.G. (Dub) Cooper on September 2, 1959 in Waco. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her and Dub enjoyed many camping vacations to national parks and going on cruises. Frances loved to paint, sew, and crochet.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five sisters, three brothers and a son-in- law.
Frances is survived by her children, Janice Hunt Mills of Robinson, Bob Hunt of Robinson, Debbie Hunt Duckworth and husband Robert of Woodway, Bryan Cooper and wife Angie of Garden Ridge; nine grandchildren, Justin Mills, Amber Sheehan, Carissa Hunt, Anthony Hunt, Christopher Hunt, Heather Johnson, Jason Fannin, Kaitlin Moore, and Kendall Cooper; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother John Stegall and wife Linda Sue; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Halcyon Hospice’s nurses and aides and Reliable Home Health.
