Beatrice Neystel

Beatrice “Nawara” Neystal, 86, of Gholson, went to be with her Heavenly Father on September 12, 2014 at 5:30 a.m. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday September 15, 2014 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, with Pastor Chris Silva of New Life Fellowship officiating. Burial will follow at Gholson Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 5 – 7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 14, at the funeral home.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents, Tiny and Aubrey Copaus; husbands JW Nawara and Fermond Neystal; a daughter Gloria Ann Nawara and a granddaughter Kimberly Rager; two brothers, Denson Thomas and Marvin Copaus; six sisters, Gladys Pittman, Zelma Shumake, Rosalie Buckner, Ruth Buckner, Paulene Bates and Margaret Bates.
Beatrice is survived by a son, Sonny Nawara and wife Wanda of Whitney and a daughter, Carol Rager and husband Lester of Gholson; six grandchildren, Regina Griffin, Josh Rager, James Nawara, Timmy Nawara, Louie Nawara, and Becky Lassiter, 18 great grandchildren and one great great- grandchild.
Pallbearers will be James Nawara, Timmy Nawara, Louie Nawara, Joshua Rager, Mitchell Lassiter and Alan Griffin.
The family would like to thank Regina Griffin, Beatrice’s granddaughter, for her special loving care she provided to her grandmother for the past nine years.
