Audrey Everett

Audrey Maryann “Memaw” Everett 71, of Riesel, passed away surrounded by her loving family, Saturday, November 9, 2013. Services will be 1 pm, Tuesday, November 12, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home 3124 Robinson, with Chaplain Barry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Axtell Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Monday, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Audrey was born July 25, 1942, in Vero Beach, FL to Robert and Ruby Reeves. She retired from Baylor University in 1999 as a Security Monitor.
She loved cooking for her family, gardening, feeding the chickens, and her faithful companion dog sissy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Eddie Tuck; grandson, Jeremy Tuck; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Everett; daughter, Janet Roberts and husband Calvin; son David Schmucker and wife Darlene; sisters, Shirley Mandel and husband Gene and Kathy Hooks; grandchildren Mark Roberts, Alexander Uber, and Stephen and David Schmucker; numerous friends and extended family who she loved dearly.
