Arthur Spradling

Arthur Linden Spradling, 86, of Golinda, passed away July 17, 2014. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 21, at Robinson Cemetery. Pastor David Cozart officiating. The family will receive visitors Sunday, July 20, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive in Waco.
Arthur was born April 14, 1928, in Burnet County, to Edd Newton Spradling, Sr. and Etta Fannie Wood Spradling. He was a member of Mooreville United Methodist Church in Mooreville. He worked for Westbrook Distributing for over 26 years. Arthur was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 62 years, Von Spradling, son-in-law, Billy Bigham Jr., four sisters and two brothers.
Arthur is survived by his daughters, Linda Garrett and husband Noel, and Sandra Bigham; son Mike Spradling and wife Caren; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
