Arnold "Banjo" Williams, 86, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, Dec 8, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Saturday, Dec. 12 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco, with Pastor Ron Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Waco Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 Friday, Dec. 11 at the funeral home.
Arnold was born on June 7, 1929 in George West, Texas to Green and Clemmie Williams. He married Clara Bartels on July 19, 1958. Arnold played his guitar and sang in many local bands and was a member of Central Baptist Church. He spent 41 years driving for Central Freight Lines before retiring.
He is preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, and three sisters.

Arnold is survived by his wife of 57 years, Clara; daughters, Kim and Don Gaertner, Rhonda and Derek Nafe, Pamela and Glenn Willis; grandchildren, Kourtney and David, Brittany and Justin, Madison, Evan, Bekah, Jennifer and Chris, Kelly, Dustin and Yuvonna, Heather, Shane and Crystal, Michael and Megan; great-grandchildren, Jake, Grey, Caleb, Dakota, Joshua, Brendan, Sean, Alannah, Liam, Ty, Fischer, Molly, Emma, Lyndie; along with a host of extended family and friends.
