Anacleto Vara 56 of Waco went home to be with the Lord on October 23,2014. Graveside service will be at 1p.m. Saturday, October 25 at Oakwood cemetery, under the direction of Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Anacleto was born in Rio Verde San Louis Potosi and raised in San Martin where he met Eleuteria Juarez. They came to the United States in 1982 where they raised 5 children. Anacleto worked for Knife River for 25 years as a mechanic and later retired.
He is survived by his wife Eleuteria Juarez of 30 years; 2 daughters MaryLou Aldaba and husband Fernando Aldaba, Maria Puga and husband Jesus Puga; 3 sons, Manuel Vara and wife Angela Vara, Flavio Vara and Lizbeth Palacio, and Anthony Vara; 14 grandchildren; 6 brothers Thomas Vega, Abraham Vega, Ezequiel Vega, Lorenzo Vega, Marcial Vega and Felipe Piña; 5 sisters Manuela Vega, Lucina Vega, Amparo Vega, Veronica Piña, Matilda Piña and mother Clemencia Vega.
The family would like to thank Pastor Irie Cuevas of Faith Walk Fellowship, Robinson, Tx for his time and prayers also everyone who has called, sent food, and said a prayer. Anacleto is now rejoicing with our King and for that we rejoice as well.
