Amanda Hernandez

Amanda Michelle Hernandez gained her angel wings on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The visitation and viewing will be 6-8:00 p.m. Monday, August 21 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.

Amanda was born December 9, 1987 to Jose Antonio Hernandez and Alma Paiz. She had an infectious laugh and beautiful smile that would brighten anyone’s day. She enjoyed dancing, spending time with her kids, and going on outings. She had a deep love for dolphins. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ralph and Janie Hernandez of Elgin, Texas; her maternal grandparents, Ramon and Rosa Paiz of Manor, Texas.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Antonio Ramon Hernandez, Francisco Mireles, Bella Hernandez; sisters, Erica E. Fisher and husband Lance, Rosa I. Hernandez and husband Johnny; her long time best friend, Tay and her children. She is also survived by her parents, Alma and Edward Renteria; father, Jose Antonio Hernandez; along with nieces and nephew that she adored, Breanna Gallegos, Valerie Gallegos, Natalie Gallegos, and Julian Resendez.

She is not gone. At any time, you can recall the love you shared, you saved it all. And in time, more than anything, you will find peace in remembering.
