Allena Taylor,74, of Waco passed away Saturday,Dec.14 at a local nursing facility. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Tuesday,Dec.17 at Oakwood Cemetery with Retired Chaplain Chris Raup officiating. No visitation is planned. Miss Taylor was retired from the Waco Police Dept.
