Alice Ann White born in Mosheim was a long standing member of the Family of Faith Nazarene Church serving on the church board and as the missionary president for many years. She also worked part-time as the church secretary. She graduated from Waco High School in 1950. Most of all she was a loving wife and mother. She made a house a home by filling it with love and laughter. She loved entertaining family and friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor …. something she definitely needed in our family.
She was survived by her sweetheart and husband of over 60 years, Billy E. White, her children Brenda and Dwayne Ratliff, Kirk and Paige White, Tina and Jack Mester and Marsha Fowler as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Bettie Hughes and Judy Murphy and a slew of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother and Pop, Lois and John Henning, her father Lonnie Braden, her son Kenneth Fowler, her first husband Robert Fowler and her siblings, Dortha Brown, Helen Jo Scoggins, Louise Threadgill, Catherine Santhuff, Windol Braden, Patricia Dobias, and Nettie Jackson.
She will be greatly missed but we take comfort in knowing she is in heaven.
