Adeline Kelm

Adeline Gaskamp Kelm, age 103, peacefully passed away at Ascension Providence Village Friday, November 24, 2023. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 30 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, with burial immediately following at Waco Memorial Park. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Adeline was born January 25, 1920 to George and Minnie (Korhing) Gaskamp in Brenham, Texas. Her baptism and confirmation were at Zionsville Lutheran Church in Brenham. Adeline married Gilbert Kelm on January 1, 1939 in Brenham. They started their Dairy Farm in 1943 to 1967 when they retired to move to Waco, where she spent the rest of her life as a housewife. Adeline was a longtime member at St. John United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gilbert; ten sisters and brothers.

Adeline is survived by eleven nieces and nephews; thirty-five great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
