Condolence: God, please wrap your arms around Susan and Family today. Let them know we love them. Mark & Susan were our dear friends from the antique show in Warrenton, Tx. Our first time, we set up next to them in a skinny little booth on the dirt road. Whenever we became discouraged because of the Texas heat, or downpours of rain, they were always there to offer us that delicious kettle corn & lots of laughs! Every 6 months we'd look forward to meeting up with them again. They made it fun. 8 years ago, when we got a new Australian Shepherd puppy, we had trouble thinking of a name. Then it came to us. We'll name him Skinner! And so he became Skinner Von Minden ( after our other best friends from the show). We stopped doing the show but Mark & Hans kept in touch by texting. In Jan, they had the most wonderful conversation. Saying that they may come to the show to visit in March, and dr appts, but that it was all good. Talking about old times and a funny conversation about pie. And he sent a pucture of their new puppy, and said We named our new puppy after You. Her name is Sugar. Mark Skinner, thank you for your sense of humor, your friendship and your love. And even thanks for telling me I looked like your Grandma. We will always miss You! Hans says - save him a piece of that pie :-)

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Mark’s family and close friends. Mark was my best friend at Parkdale Elementary. Some if my best memories were spending summer vacation trips with his folks and he with mine. Bill and Merle were easy going too. I was always welcomed in their home. He was surprised I didn’t recognize him at our last big high school reunion until I heard his voice. I was so happy we got a chance to reminisce the good old days. You will never know a better person than Mark Gregory Skinner.

Condolence: I just heard the news and I just remember all of the great times we all had at the Frio River, Garner State Park, and running around selling kettle corn and getting in to trouble. Mark always had a smile on his face and was endlessly gracious. I only have great memories of the times I was lucky enough to spend with y'alls family. I'll always be your "dipstick" Mark! Safe travels sir.
